Portraits from The Balkans

From 2003 - 2005 I lived in and traveled throughout the Balkan Peninsula. I made the shift from my film camera to my first digital camera during that time. The digital photographs were taken with an early Sony Cybershot. The second gallery contains painted photographs selected from the original collection that I created in 2017: digital photographs with acrylic, gold leaf, mica chips, and ink on canvas.
